RETURN POLICY

• Returns or exchanges are accepted due to manufacturer defect only.
• Refunds for captured credit card payments include a 13% deduction for processing/currency fees; if the authorization was not captured, no deduction applies. PayPal refunds do not.
• Before sending any product back, please send us an email to info@wjapanboxing.com
• All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging with tags and must not be used. 
• The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
• For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
• This policy does not cover any damage caused by the use of the products.
