How do we guarantee the authenticity of products?
When you purchase from WJapanBoxing rest assured that:
All of our products are 100% Authentic, Original & Brand New. We do not sell fakes or replicas. We have thousands of happy customers around the world.
All products are shipped in the original packaging with tags.
Can I have my name written on my gear?
Yes. You can have your name written on your gloves, headgear and protective cups. We offer two different ways to customize your gear:
- Screen print: free of charge. Just write at checkout what do you want to write on your gear.
- Embroidery: embroidered gear takes additional time to be manufactured. Embroidery is charged extra.
Currently, the following colors are available for embroidery/screen printing:

Can I customize my gear with different colors?
Yes, you can. If you want to order some products in different colors than standard Winning products it will be a special order.

How long does it take a product in stock to be shipped?
Products in stock take 2-8 days on average.
How long does it take for an on-demand product to be manufactured?
Due to the high volume of orders, waiting time for products that are not in stock is 60-180 days on average.
Which shipping method do you use?
We ship all the products worldwide from Japan using DHL and EMS - Japan Post: express, insured and registered mail. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when placing an order. By placing an international order the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
We cannot accept returned orders due to non-payment of any taxes applied after we have shipped the package.
